the craft game before brings you all around the world. This one happen at a single location the writing is really weird. for instance, Lara is constantly worried how she will need to convince one of the female npc to divert path, then when it’s finally time to confront her, the npc simply have a change of heart and let Lara do whatever she see fit. raiding tombs is an optional task. the stealth/combat logic is bad too.

I played this on a new 15” mac book pro - no issues, the visuals were stunning on my 27” display. I used a PS4 controller and loved it.

why ? update version 10.11 . please

This version of TR is incredibly wonderful, presenting Lara Groft in fresh and blood (and deep emotion). Graphic and audio details are amazing. Make me hungry for a sequel. Worth every penny of it.

Great graphics. Great game play. Great story line. Very entertaining and worked great on my mid-2011 iMac.

I am so pleased with this port of an AMAZING game to the Mac. Runs beautifully on my MPB 15’’ with retina Display on a 750 gt card. The story is quite shocking and the gameplay is just outstanding. Thank you for this port

Well i have a mac 2010 mid and it runnes perfectly on ultra setting but if u have a CRAPPY graphic card like my mac 260 MB u will have some graphic gliches but its ok bring it down to hi not ultra and it should run perfectly anyways great game and no lag :D

Had never played any of the Tomb Raider’s before, but I saw that it received Game of the Year from the store, so I decided to take a chance. I was hoping for a good gaming experience, and TR did much, much more than that. The story was great, the gameplay and graphics were great, and the voice acting was also very good, especially for the principal actors. TR was priced very affordably, especially considering the amount of time spent playing the game to get 100% completion. Awesome, awesome, awesome.

the game is a bit laggy, and it makes your mac’s fan heat up quickly so you won’t be able to play for very long

Just loaded Tomb Raider 2013 on my Mac Mini Late 2014. System Specs: CPU: 2.6GHz Intel Core i5 Memory: 8GB 1600 MHz DDR3 Graphics: Intel Iris 1536MB HDD: Samsung 850 EVO Pro SSD - Game runs perfectly with graphics set to normal/default with 800*600 resolution. -Higher resolultion presents lag - playable but lags. -So normal graphics/ default settings with 800*600 resolution and the game runs perfectly. -I have this game for PC as well and my pc system has an i7 4790 CPU with 16GB RAM - GTX970 Video Card and Samsung 850 EVO PRO HDD - the mac mini obviously cannot compare to my pc’s performance still the gameplay on the mac mini with the settings I listed above works perfectly with great video qaulity.

Была проблема: Игра не запускалась , появлялся значок в DOCKe , и на этом все . Ни запустить , ни завершить невозможно ( можно только убрать значок, завершив принудительно через Мониторинг Системы ) . Написала разработчику , связались оперативно ( в течение суток ), проблему решили . Это ответ разработчиков , если у кого нибудь такая же проблема с игрушкой как у меня , думаю ,пригодится ! А игрушка просто супер ! Bought, downloaded, installed fine. attempting to run the game on a late 2012 iMac (32g, 3.4ghz, completely clean install of el cap) and it won’t even start. I went back through all requirements, known issues, and searched the net. I also uninstalled and reloaded it a second time from the app store, with no luck. Turns out I’m not alone, many many people are having issues with this game on macs and pc’s. I logged a support ticket with Feral and haven’t heard a word. I also asked for a refund from apple, no word there yet either. I spent hours trying to workaround this. On a perfectly clean system this thing should rock, and it won’t even boot. Do. Not. Buy.

I haven’t gotten past the giant oni and the three archers yet but it is time to comment on the game. Perhaps my motor skills and using a trackball and keyboard instead of a game controller are the basis of the failure to kill the four opponents, even on the “easy” play setting. I’ll just have to keep trying, but it doesn’t seem fair to have to “kill” each of the archers at least three times and the giant an unknown number of times for them to stay dead and all the while being confined to an open arena. Probably it is frustrating, then boring and finally NOT FUN for many of the other players forcesd to engage in this “cage” combat. The graphics are great and so are some of the challenges, such as going down the river and parachuting through the trees. I also played an early Tomb Raider and found it interesting if lacking in variety—too many of the challenges in whatever the settings involved jumping and swinging; it did get repetitive. And the new Tomb Raider hasn’t changed: most challenges involve climbing, jumping and rope use. The excellent graphics and more realistic looking characters are great but this game suffers from a lack of creativity and overly hard, brutal fights.

i really enjoy this game but the game froze about halfway through it which really P***** me off because i want to enjoy the game. really want i am hoping for here is that some tech support guy will see this and fix it. the worst part is that it is a bit of a cliffhanger too. but other than that great game

I just finished this game… my shooting skills are extremely bad, as I dont even use the mouse, but I managed to play over and over and find the spots that Lara wont be hit so I can deal with hard battles. Love that the giants didn’t need that much time and skills to kill, as they r boring. The graphic was awesome the only thing I feel short is that there is only one theme (as only one story), so I dont feel exploring as much as the older versions. mostly jungles, temples, and caves… by the time u finished about 50% you will be so familiar with storm, rock, giant bells, … and even the treasure boxes look the same. I didn’t bother to listen to the dairies and look at the things i collected... The choices of different weapons, their accuracy and the “intelligence” of your enemies make the game worthy. I did enjoy the shooting and the reward for more accurate shots. I hope a new story will come out soon and more surprised and entertaining… can only rate 4/5 bc the story is not interesting and the whole game seems to be short and lack of scenes… anyway, glad I played it :)

The game is horrific. The videos shake to give the impression of disorientation and terror. Its ok for a while but over using the techique can be tiresome for this viewer. I wonder how great the videos would look if they weren’t shaking. The PS3 controller will work - but the in game commands tell you to push the A,B,X,Y buttons instead of the standard PS3 symbols - giving another dimension to “trial and error” scene based combat sequences. The controls for the scene fighting are non intutitve - you just have to wait for the game to tell you what to press or shake and do it at the exact moment it tells you too. Failure is a violent death - Try over and over until you get it right - its a chore - not really fun. I would like cheat to avoid the scene based fighting all together. The shooting and staking mode of fighting is good. The puzzles are challenging and this part of the game is fun. Its nice to have an adventure game for the Mac - beats lugging a PS3 around on trips.

Downloading is too slow. It takes 6 hours and it is still continue. It’s terrible I takes two days but still I can’t download this game. I demand a refund

I loved this game. I am looking forward to the next one. I am a big fan.
